A baby emperor penguin, Koupen-chan, always makes sure everyone feels included. As it meets its newest friend, Koupen-chan wishes to spend as much time as possible with them and brighten up their day.

Set in a world where everything is a living thing, from animals and plants to food and objects.

As novelist Fuji is returning home in a rainstorm, her attention is caught by something peculiar: an animal resembling a dog asking her to take it in. Although she is reluctant at first, the animal impresses her by handing her an umbrella, resulting in Fuji welcoming the creature into her apartment. Soon, Fuji realizes that the animal is even smarter than she initially thought, as it begins communicating with her through writing. Whether the two are alone or hanging out with her family and friends, Fuji's new little friend never fails to entertain with its whimsical actions.

The story is set in a world where the value of Bikkuri-Man stickers are so high that they have to be transported in a cash transport vehicle. There was also the famous robbery case one year ago, called the 300 million Bikkuri-Man sticker case. One day, a high-school delivery part-timer named Yamato gets involved in a battle over stickers between two competing convenience stores. The Angel Mart owned by the Phoenix store manager is famous for its easy-to-use glitter stickers. The Devil Store across the street also tries to attract Bikkuri-Man fans to their store.
