A series of four animated prequels to Street Fighter IV, each centered on a different character. They depict events set after Street Fighter II.

It just so happens that the Yakuza family has four beautiful daughters, but one daughter, Hibari, who is more beautiful than the rest of the daughters, is actually a boy.
