High school girl duo Popuko and Pipimi are back and more unhinged than ever after their initial efforts to create a full-fledged anime production were met with a great reception. With no regard for their audience, they continue to live their reckless everyday lives consisting of comedy skits and parodies of epic proportions. In A.G. 101 (the 101st year of the Advanced Generation calendar) a mysterious entity known only as UE, or unknown enemy, attacks and destroys the space colony Angel. The series begins in A.G. 108 when the UE attack the space colony Ovan, where Flit Asuno lives with his mother. Flit's mother is killed by the UE, and in her belongings (in an object called a AGE Device) he discovers the blueprints for a powerful weapon from the past - the ancient messiah named Gundam. From these blueprints, Flit spends the next several years studying engineering at an Earth Federation base on the Nora space colony and designing the AGE-1 Gundam. Tomoatsu Naoe leads an ordinary life working as a massage therapist, but this changes when he encounters a peculiar client named Erufuda. During her visit, Naoe discovers her secret: she is actually an elf! After leaving her world, Erufuda fell in love with junk food and now cannot return home because of her weight gain. Naoe decides to help the elf with dieting so that she can eventually go back to her world. Although Erufuda puts in the work and reaches her goal, it does not take long for Naoe to stumble upon her again—and she has regained the lost pounds. As Naoe continues to give her advice, the two begin encountering other people from another world, all with the same desire to lose weight.
